RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Analoguemerch purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
• You have 30 days from delivery to return items
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

Exchanges
• We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour
• Contact us at analoguemerch@gmail.com to arrange an exchange

Damaged or Defective Items
• Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item
• We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement
